Over the years, I have had the privilege of working alongside dedicated professionals, institutions and communities. These experiences have reinforced my conviction that lasting change requires more than good intentions. It calls for clear strategies, practical solutions, continuous learning and the ability to adapt.

Founding year
Julien establishes Illud est as an independent consultancy, focusing on small-scale community development projects.
Year 5
Illud est expands its impact by partnering with local and international NGOs and government agencies across multiple countries, strengthening its consultancy services through technical assistance, targeted training, and coaching.
Year 8
Recognition of Illud est's effective methodologies has led to significant partnerships with Swiss, Australian and UN development agencies, focusing on integrating Results-Based Management principles across aid and development projects and programs.
Today
Illud est continues to grow as a recognised partner in project and program design, evaluation and training. Recent work spans the Pacific, where we support regional organisations on agroecology, resilient crops and collective learning, and Europe, where we train Swiss cooperation staff and partners in adaptive Results-Based Management.
